Cell Free Protein Synthesis Kits

Ginkgo’s cell free protein synthesis (CFPS) kits are E. coli transcription/translation systems optimized to produce proteins from a T7 RNA Polymerase promoter.  Reactions consist of a bacterial cell lysate and a reagent mix that contains all components required for protein production; the user must simply provide the DNA template.
