CFPS Disulfide
Ginkgo’s cell free protein synthesis (CFPS) Disufide kits are E. coli transcription/translation systems optimized to produce proteins requiring disulfide bonds from a T7 RNA polymerase promoter. Reactions consist of a bacterial cell lysate, a reagent mix that contains all components required for protein production, and the disulfide bond (DSB) Booster that enables correct formation of disulfide bridges in the protein of interest. The user must supply a DNA template that encodes their protein of interest under control of a T7 promoter.
