Shipping policy

All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability of the products.The delivery time begins with the acceptance of the order by us. The delivery times are non-binding, unless they are expressly agreed to be binding. If we do not have a particular  product in stock, delivery will take place as soon as possible. We reserve the right to make delivery in installments, which will be separately invoiced and paid for when due per invoice. All products are sold FCA our facility. Products are delivered when we load them onto the commercial carrier at our facility. At this point you become responsible for risk of loss and damage. For international shipments, this means that you are responsible for handling import customs clearance, and covering all import duties and taxes, including VAT, in the destination country.  If any product is lost or damaged while it is being transported, we will try to help you address the problem with the carrier. Title to products will pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
