Ginkgo’s PichiaWorks KO Panel is a comprehensive sampler library of engineered Pichia strains, each featuring unique protease knockouts with the same integration locus. It’s the perfect screening tool to quickly identify the ideal host environment for your specific target protein. The kit provides sufficient material to build twenty-five total Pichia strains (five of each knockout).
