Solubility Enhancer

The Solubility Enhancer (10x) is an optimized formula designed to help with the expression of difficult-to-fold proteins. It dramatically improves the solubility of challenging proteins, ensuring you get more functional material in every reaction.

This 10x concentrated solution is included as a part of Ginkgo's CFPS Premium kit, and can be purchased for use with CFPS Economy kits and CFPS Ready96 kits. 

While the provided concentration is roughly 10x, the optimum concentration is protein specific. We thus recommend titrating across a range of 1:100 to 1:5 to determine the optimal conditions for your protein.
